Group Classes & Workshops

Small Group Classes

We offer a weekly Slow Flow style class during the dates / times below in Fair Haven, NJ that emphasize slow, controlled movements and deep, mindful breathing that is good for all levels. It is a variation of Vinyasa yoga but with a more gentle pace to deepen flexibility, improve strength, and encourage relaxation. Modifications always offered. Workshops

Workshops are similar to yoga classes, however, they tend to be longer and are intended to delve deeper into a subject matter. The longer time allows a little more of a journey to happen, giving a deeper experience with the topic. Katie Leasor leads all workshops unless otherwise indicated, and loves working with local wellness practitioners — if you have an idea for a workshop and would like to work together, please reach out!
