Class Reservations

Refund Policy

Class reservations are meant to reserve your space. You may cancel or reschedule reservations prior to the start time of class. To cancel or reschedule your reservation, click the 'change/cancel reservation’ button in your initial reservation confirmation email. Class reservations become non-refundable after the start time of class.

Pass Purchases

Class passes of 5, 10, 25 and 50 are non-refundable and have no expiration date.

Monthly Unlimited Auto-Renew Memberships

Once purchased, your unlimited month is non-refundable and non-transferable. You may cancel at any time and will not be charged the following month. This pass will remain active until the end of the 30 days from purchase date.

Workshops & Specialty Events:

Bookings for workshops and specialty events become non-refundable 24 hours prior to the event to honor the instructor's time.
